I will definitely be back to Lord Stanley Suites next time I come again to Vancouver. Everything was so good. Staff was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay in Lord Stanley Suites. I would like to take this opportunity to thank David who has become a buddy to my 5 yr old son. My son wont forget the high fives he did with David. We r in victoria right now and we miss Lord Stanley Suites very much. We'll definetely be back there!

Beautiful rooms and resort, nice views of the Burrard Inlet/Harbour and Stanley Park, very comfortable bed and furniture. Location was fabulous, on the water and within walking distance of all
the cool neighborhoods in Vancouver, the port and Stanley Park. Views of
the harbour were lovely, beautiful property and our room was huge and
the Heavenly beds are dreamy. We paid a very affordable price that was
three times cheaper than what the same room in Miami would have cost.

In room laundry facilities was a God-send, after spending weeks in coin-op laundries. Location is fantastic - there is an excellent Chinese restaurant on the same block (Dynasty) and an excellent coffee roaster almost directly opposite. 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of bustling Robson St. Complimentary parking is something rarely offered in Vancouver and this place had it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Buchan Hotel. It is small, quaint
and well kept. It's close proximity to Stanley Park was what
initially caught our eye and we weren't disappointed. The staff was
most accommodating...allowing us to check in early...(we had a very
tired child with us) It is exactly as advertised...it's not your high-
end, corporate hotel...so it suited us perfectly!! Some tranquility in

Proximity to Stanley Park as well as downtown was ideal. Since we
didn't have a car, we walked everywhere. Safeway is just a few
blocks away making it easy to walk to our place with groceries.
It's a beautiful, safe neighborhood as well. Also, we had an
simple maintenance issue and once reported, the staff had it fixed in
just a few minutes. Friendly, helpful staff. I would absolutely stay
here again.

The main advantage of Riviera is location: right in the middle of Vancouver's beautiful downtown, 10 mins walk to Stanley park, 5 mins to waterfront, etc. Room are surprisingly spacious for a hotel and come with full kitchen (stove including).
