Beautiful rooms and resort, nice views of the Burrard Inlet/Harbour and Stanley Park, very comfortable bed and furniture. Location was fabulous, on the water and within walking distance of all
the cool neighborhoods in Vancouver, the port and Stanley Park. Views of
the harbour were lovely, beautiful property and our room was huge and
the Heavenly beds are dreamy. We paid a very affordable price that was
three times cheaper than what the same room in Miami would have cost.

La vue est superbe lorsque l.on a une chambre d'un etage élevé. La chambre est bien équipée. Restaurant panoramique assez cher mais très agréable. Parking bien pratique. -
Idéalement situé. Le restaurant situé au dernier étage est excellent avec des tarifs comparables avec ce qu'on peut trouver en ville.

The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise.
The massage at the spa was also divine.

Visit Vancouver for several years and also stay at different hotel in downtown, Blue Horizon is my favorite. Stay there more than three times, staff is very kind and helpful, price is reasonable, room is big and clean, facility is convenience and comfort. The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The level of professionalism is something you do not see everywhere

We were passing through Vancouver and the Hyatt was perfect for that. It was clean, comfortable and friendly. We'd stay there again if we were passing through Vancouver. It would also be good for a few days if you wanted to stay in Vancouver longer. -

The front desk staff was rude when we checked in as was the bellhop They just kept telling us how if we touched the fridge we would have to pay!!Maybe we looked like we couldnt afford a 5$ coke,Im not sure however the concierge staff was very helpful!And that made our expierence! -

Everything worked - The location,of The Sutton Place was excellent for the area of Vancouver we wanted to visit. The staff were extremely professional and helpful and the overall quality of the hotel would compete easily with top ranking hotels anywhere.

・Clean rooms (There is a strong policy for bedbugs)
・Some people say this hostel is a bit noisy because the first floor is a bar but for me it's no problem. I stayed on the second floor (i.e. room 2XX) in this hostel twice and I didn't hear any noise from the bar. -

I had a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor with amazing views on the moutains and the city. it was huge!!!

I had an ocean view for the first time and that was a real treat and added to the relaxation of my stay. The massage in the spa was superb as always. I really appreciate that the Sheraton is taking the environment seriously and enabling us to hold to our principles as we stay in the hotel. -
