    We left out dog in our hotel room and went for dinner. She managed to get out of the room. Staff was amazing about helping us locate her, which we did. In fact, they went above and beyond their duties. I live on a very fixed income. Without asking, the front desk upgraded us to a kitchen unit, which was very kind and appreciated. I also enjoy receiving the morning Times Colonist. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with extra towels, if the need arises. I have only to call the front desk, for friendly service. I only wish they could h
