Very nice location ( the castle is just right behind the BB); very welcoming host; nicely decorated room (French style); and the highlight is the dinning area and the self cooking kitchen. We cooked by ourselves that night and had a wonderful dinner with a wonderful view of the castle coming out of the window. -

stepped in the door Even though we were early for check in they stored
our luggage and served us cappuccino and scones while pointing out
interesting things to do in Victoria. The room was amazing. We felt as
if we were staying in a luxury apartment in Paris with views of the

Everything from the beauty of the house and the garden, the comfort and decoration of the rooms, the modern bathrooms, the delicious gourmet breakfasts and most of all the warm welcome of the host and staff. Everyone was kind and always eager to help the guests finding restaurants, preparing for visits of Victoria. This was an excellent and very relaxing stay. We will go back.

The castles interior and exterior were beautiful. We were served a wonderful breakfast. The staff was very courteous and responsive. -

The location was ideal to get away from the in-town crowds even while being close enough to make quick trips to the Inner Harbor area. The staff's reception was friendly and helpful and continued to be attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast was delicious and bountiful! The restored building and amenities helped give me an historical perspective

We stayed at Abigail’s for three nights July 16-18 2013 after reading the many positive online reviews – all of which are well deserved.
Abigail’s Hotel is a small boutique bed and breakfast hotel, located on a cul-de-sac in a very nice residential area of downtown Victoria and close to the attractions of the Inner Harbour.

This was, by far, our best place we stayed during our 11-day honeymoon. The staff was so welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, as well as the evening hors d'oeuvres. We enjoyed relaxing in the library lounge room, and visiting with the other guests. In the room, the fireplace was a nice touch. Also, the sound machine on the bedside table played some soothing music that we enjoyed. We have already told many of our family and friends that Abigail's is the only place to book in the future.

Where do we start, it was an over the to experience. Loved the
atmosphere, the wonderful personalities of Gary and Warren, particularly
loved Mindy, just all around loved our time there, like being in a
Country Cottage, only complaint was the people to the side of us the
last night, very noisy throughout the night but then, that is not a big
deal. Just loved being there and miss the three of you already. Hugs,
