A 3-floor hotel in the Downtown, just two blocks from the Skyline,
within a walking distance to pretty everything in the centre. As many
others have mentioned, construction works are going on on the two sides
of the hotel but I did not find them extremely noisy or disturbing. I
had a room with a shared bathroom and I was quite satisfied with that

Location, Location, Location to downtown Vancouver, near Skytrains. Price is reasonable for a "boutique" hotel, given very convenient downtown location. The wifi is good, and password is not device limited (an otherwise pain at some other hotels which require you to ask for separate passwords for cell, laptop, tablet, ,,, and limit you to two). You should bring multiple plug extension with you.
Breakfast lady is nice.

Staff were friendly and helpful and remembered our names as we left and re-entered the Hotel. Our room was comfortable and quiet, the walk-in shower was excellent. The food was very good at the Grill room and breakfast, we had not realised that breakfast was included in the tariff and was very much appreciated..All services provided were very much appreciated and the Hotel was well situated for walking to places of interest and to Public transport. I liked that Skwachays provides residences for aboriginal artists and has a fair trade art gallery displaying aboriginal artwork. I liked the art installation on the front sidewalk. I found the room to be comfortable, safe and in easy walking distance of restaurants.

The hotel is my favourite in Vancouver so far. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bar was very nice and had an open front to the street, the bed was very comfortable the wifi was free and fast, the room was clean and had everything I needed (including an iron). housekeeping was exceptional with little unobtrusive touches When I
returned to my room the bed was turned down a couple of cookies were set
down on my night table the bedside lamps were turned on and the drapes
were closed. It made you feel special, a home away from home
