  The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The upgrades and helpfulness made the stay a wonderful one. The room was beautifully appointed; very clean and modern. We would recommend this and definitely return.

  All of the staff were very helpful. The harbor view was excellent, and the water-front walk is only a few steps away. This location is very convenient for both the water-front activities and downtown shopping. - Upgraded to a harbour view room for an extra $20 day. Great.
