La disponibilité du personnel, même s'il ne parle pas Français, il semet à notre portée pour nous comprendre. This is what I found in general of all people in Australia. - Ease of booking in and speed in checking out as I was leaving at 7.15am for the airport. Comfortable, clean room.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn because we needed somewhere close to the airport as we had an early flight in the morning. Having heard some negative reports about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.

Staff were very friendly, was a bit worried as had read a lot of negative feedback. Would recommend the place to anyone. The only criticism that I wouold have is that there is no frypan in the kitchens which meant you had to go out for breakfast each day - only one saucepan but thats a minor thing that can be easily fixed -

Staff were very helpful on the number of queries that we had, and loved that it was so close to the shopping centre.
