I have stayed at quest hero countless times and my family actually stayed long term for about a year and we love it. The accomodation is fantastic. Great Location. Staff is very helpful with all of your needs with experience in advice for places to eat, shop, bars/clubs and other entertainment. Very clean. This is definelty a place I will continue going too. We run a very busy business 7 days a week. Can only get away for 1 or 2 nights at a time. Chose Seasons Heritage for its location instead of City for relaxation. Selected Winter Warmer Package and were very pleasantly surprised. I normally hate checking in as have never found any pleasant staff on reception anywhere else. Travelling to Melbourne to see Jersey Boys (outstanding show) so we decided to book into the nearby Somerset Gordon Place. Fully booked, so instead we choose the across-the-street Somerset Gordon Heights (which shares a common check-in). At first we miss the "25% discount for 25 years" promotion, but a call to central booking in China secures 25% discount anyway. We arrived 4 hours before check in time and were delighted to find our room ready and that we had also been given a complimentary upgrade. Our room was great, it was a good size and was clean, nice towels etc in the bathroom and the beds were so comfortable. We found the housekeeping to be excellent and were kept well supplied with coffee, milk etc. We had the buffett breakfast as part of the package which was also very good. We looked at most of the accomodation in melbourne before booking the docklands stay and so our expectations were very high but we were not disappointed. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 9th floor that had two bathrooms, three toilets (a pleasant surprise), a magnificent 180 degree view and two private balconies. The apartment itself was amazing- modern appliances, comfy couches and beds, heaps and heaps of room and great water pressure! The hotel has a strict no noise poicy so - Margaret

This is not the first time we have stayed here (been there 3 times), and definately not the last. The rooms are huge, with an entry to a compact but extremely functional kitchenette, then through to a lounge room with study in one corner. Nice big TV if you want to relax in the room. From here, you go through to the bedroom, with a beautiful comfortable bed and LCD TV on the wall. Then through the walk in roke to the magnificent looking bathroom. Stayed here in a 3 bedroom apartment - which had everything including 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2 kitchens, 5 televisions and 5 beds which came in handy as we were on a all girls theatre and shopping weekend. The apartment was extremely comfortable, well furnished and very clean. The hotel was perfectly situated in the heart of Melbourne with a tram stop conveniently located outside the front door. My husband and I recently spent 3 nights at the Langham in Melbourne. The location, quality and service was practically faultless. We spent 4 weeks travelling through Australia and staying in good quality hotels, this was most certainly one of the best.. I would like to make a special mention of Chris, the concierge, who helped us enormously with our ongoing plans and with our visit to Melbourne itself. I highly recommend this hotel.
