It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful.
I ordered Room Service breakfast which was delivered hot and on time and it was everything and more than I expected.
Bouquets to Quay West - I can't wait to return. -

The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

The location was great-2 blocks to the beach and lots of restaurants, stores, walking paths, markets and transit. We were in town for a wedding and rented a 3 bedroom unit and a 1 bedroom unit. The 3 bedroom unit had 2 large corner wrap around decks. The kitchen was well set up for cooking and appliances were all good. The units were very clean

Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! -
Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around.
Staff were very lovely and helpful.

It's location easy to get into Sydney cbd. The hotel owners were so
welcoming and helpful. Our studio apartment was comfortable and well
equipped with everything you needed we were particularly grateful for
the washing machine and tumble dryer and some sachets of washing
powder.There was a nice continental breakfast which was part of the room
rate. In our opinion a good place to stay for a reasonable room rate.

La chambre est plus que correct ; seuls les clients de l'hôtel peuventaccéder aux ascenseurs menant aux chambres ; l'hôtel est vraiment aucour de Sydney. - Excellent hôtel. A great place to stay, The Harbour View Room was fantastic we were there for the Aust. Navy Fleet Review and did not need to leave the room to watch the fireworks and events. We had obtained a smartdeal for the Four Season for our last trip to Sydney. Apart from the value for money, the hotel was in a great location for a city visit to Sydney, pleasant staff, very comfy room, excellent house-keeping, L'occtaine toiletries and we took advantage of the gym and outdoor heated pool too. Some reviews had complained the hotel is dated. I wouldn't agree. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

Having an apartment and its facilities. The layout of the apartment was
good. Cooking facilities were good. Location was very good. There are
very many restaurants, bars and shops in immediate walking distance.
There are three top class restaurants beside the hotel (Bills, Marque,

Sydney on a trendy street with lots of great restaurants and coffee
places. The apartments are very big, very well kept and spotless. The

Everything about the Park Royal Darling Harbour was excellent. The location, the venue itself, but most of all the staff. My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and the assistance provided by all the staff we encountered was absolutely "second to none" even though it all unfolded during the middle of the night. We would not think twice

Location,location,location.
For our purpose which was Entertainment Centre concerts ( Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and the Tedeschi Trucks Band at the Enmore theatre it was ideal.
Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it. The Museums well I could go on but I will have to stop.

We stayed ( 3 girls) in a studio apartment which was basic but clean,spacious,fully equipped with a nice veranda for smoking.Great Central Bondi area walking to the beach,punbs,coffee shops and parties.Very good rate for bondi- we had weekly rate.A lot of your persons in the complex.Nice roof top pool.we will be back in beautiful Bondi next Year!!!

The obliging demour of the friendly desk staff. The cleaning staff did a great job. The kitchen facilities were terrific. The location was exceptional in relation to Coles and Harris' Farm Market. Sound insulation when front doors shut. Great parking facility. Close to harbour safety lap pool. Close to terrific beach & surf. Great walks. -

restaurants, cafes, pubs and clubs were great and not too expensive.
Travelling to the city on the ferry was relaxing and enjoyable.
Australia Day on the harbour was terrific. The staff at the quest were
helpful and pleasant nothing was too much trouble.

Location was a very short walk to the beautiful Bondi beach - two grocery stores a few shops away- stocked our wonderful new kitchen. Spotless - large comfy bed and pull out was great as well for our daughter - room dividers pulled to make two rooms. Everything was top rate. Very happy there. Would go back anytime - staff was excellent!!!!!!!

The apartments were very luxurious. With this and the gym, pool and spa you could spend all day there. However only a 5min walk to Bondi beach and cafes.
The 1st night we stayed the people in the neighbouring apartment were very noisy. The staff were brilliant about and the next night moved us and upgraded us for free.
