beds were comfortable. Contact person was very helpful when asked for
assistance in looking for an item thought to have been left behind

This hotel appeared a little run down from the outside but simply don't judge it by the outside. It was cleaner than some 4/5 star hotels I have stayed in. The staff were very accommodating when we asked to check out a day early and before I even asked if we could get some of the money back the manager refunded me for the day we would no longer be

The staff at reception are welcoming, very helpful and friendly. Hotel will hold the luggage for few hours until the flight time after check out. This was very helpful. There were sufficient facilities for internet access, restaurants etc., Simply a wonderful place to stay for the budget traveller. I would definitely take my family next time.

Loved the place, clean and convenient and very helpful staff at the front desk, free WiFi with great connection probably because we asked to be close to reception but we did get what we asked for which was great. Definitely sound proof walls as on a high way but we all had a perfect sleep. -

Location to the venue was good.
Didn't use the restaurant at all, spoke to the owner a few times, Dave was well mannered at all times.
If I return to Stawell, I will book again, I think.

As soon as I put my bag on the bed I felt perfectly at home. Quiet and peaceful and the staff were friendly but not in your face. Very close to everything... my work collegues, spas, food and main town
