It was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment, clean and well appointed. The
beds were comfortable. Contact person was very helpful when asked for
assistance in looking for an item thought to have been left behind

This hotel appeared a little run down from the outside but simply don't judge it by the outside. It was cleaner than some 4/5 star hotels I have stayed in. The staff at reception are welcoming, very helpful and friendly. Hotel will hold the luggage for few hours until the flight time after check out. This was very helpful. There were sufficient facilities for internet access, restaurants etc., Simply a wonderful place to stay for the budget traveller. I would definitely take my family next time.

As soon as I put my bag on the bed I felt perfectly at home. Quiet and peaceful and the staff were friendly but not in your face. Very close to everything... my work collegues, spas, food and main town
