  The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the River View room, and were delighted with the views. The spectacular fireworks display on the Yarra river was a wonderful bonus.   The staff were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for you. The room was spacious and very well appointed. They location would be great if you had plans at one of the sporting venues and although you were 2 blocks from the North/South tram routes, there were East/West trams running one street either side of the hotel. Very accommodating and sympathetic to our needs for our 6 month old babies. Well furnished rooms/suites for amazing value. Best location - just around the corner from flinders lane where lots of good restaurants / cafes located. One of the best experiences I've had at a hotel - particularly for the price we paid!

  Unfortunately the hot water system died the day we arrived, but management was wonderful during this very testing time. We were kept informed on progress of repairs and eventually taxied to another apartment. Staff also took time to offer sightseeing advice and hints to enhance our stay. Ample eating venues also a good little IGA Supermarket. Reasonably Quiet location for a good nights sleep in the comfortable bed. Enjoyed the bath/spa too ! Extra payment for car parking was clearly explained by staff but all ok. Just next door and undercover. Not a problem !

It also near the melbourne central, queen victoria markets. And many tourist points can be reach on foot. (If you don't mind to walk)

All the rooms are very spacious and clean with the most amazingly comfortable beds.
