I love the warm welcome to a spotless room in a sensitively renovated old fashioned pub. Great location close to Melbourne University and the city area but set in a leafy inner suburb full of places to walk. The downstairs dining area and nearby cafés are a bonus. -

The rooms are ageing in many aspects but clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my needs with public transport close by. -
I liked being able to walk to and from the tennis. I liked being near Fitzroy Gardens. I liked the internal courtyard, although I wasn't sure how to access it.

Appartement tout équipé, spacieux toutefois nous aurions apprécié une SDB plus grande.
Personnel sympathique, nous avons pu nous arranger avec la réceptionniste à notre arrivée, elle nous a proposé un appartement avec vue sur la Yarra River, plutôt que la vue sur la ville avec les travaux à côté de l'hôtel.

audio, et cuisine bien équipée. Accueil et service impeccable.

Loved the style of building.The garden was olde world and I loved that. The dining room was very comforting with the morning sun streaming in the huge windows. The sitting room was also welcoming and comfortable. Its proximity to Hawksburn shopping centre was very good as well as being opposite the Hawksburn Station as the trains were very regular

The room was extremely well laid out, quiet and comfortable. As others
have said, the bed was superb. The bathroom was equally good, with
excellent light and plenty of space. The breakfast was also good,
although the coffee was a bit lacklustre. But there many good cafes

Excellent bathroom with lots of bench space.
Good restaurant with an even better bar area where they serve their in-house brewed beer. It was obviously very popular with the locals.
Convenient tram, 30 mins to city centre.
I had an early morning start on a Saturday, and was grateful breakfast was served from 6:30.

Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was also comfortable. Price ($154) was very reasonable. We arrived at Tullamarine from an overseas trip at 2.00 in the morning, but a short phone call was all we needed to organise a free shuttle bus ride to the hotel. -

Great very close to train station walking distance. Cheap price. Rooms where clean and shear bathroom was good had a few showers and toilets didn't have to wait for shower in the morning. -

Excellent location. central for activities with plenty of transport options, lots of local cafes and shops, boats and harbour very pleasant too. Quiet in the apartment , plenty of space and all facilities such as washing machine tumble dryer, hairdryer. very helpful lady in reception too.

It was comfortable, especially the bed. Being able to have our dogs with us. Off street parking. Was in a very convenient position and easy to get to the city. It was well equipped and serviced. -

The facilities in the apartment suite we were upgraded to, had bedroom, decent walk in shower room, lounge dining kitchen area. I liked my whole stay at Mint, all of one night, not nearly long enough.
Wished I could have stayed much longer. The place is impeccable we were
in a 2 bedroom unit on the 7th floor, ensuit in master plus another full
bathroom.this apartment is fully modern with all new appliances. The car
park may be a bit steep at $20 per night but it is very secure and
clean, no rubbish in sight, and spotless, I'm not joking, you could
almost eat off the car park floor, it's that clean, polished and
shiny. I
