I love the warm welcome to a spotless room in a sensitively renovated old fashioned pub. Great location close to Melbourne University and the city area but set in a leafy inner suburb full of places to walk. The downstairs dining area and nearby cafés are a bonus. -

The rooms are ageing in many aspects but clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my needs with public transport close by. -
I liked being able to walk to and from the tennis. I liked being near Fitzroy Gardens. I liked the internal courtyard, although I wasn't sure how to access it.

I had made an error with my booking and due to this we were put in one of their other apartments on Malthouse Lane. It was very noisy and when I complained the staff didn't hesitate but move us to another apartment in the main building. Great service and we ended up staying there all weekend. It was spacious and very quiet and we had everything

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they lent us tram passes and umbrellas.
Beds really comfortable, bedrooms overlooking Flinders Street a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper but the view made it all worthwhile!
Our friends bedroom had no view and they said it was very quiet.
Great location for MCG and anything on the free tram.
IGA express next door was very handy.
Thank you for making our stay in Melbourne so memorable and special!

Loved the style of building.The garden was olde world and I loved that. The dining room was very comforting with the morning sun streaming in the huge windows. The sitting room was also welcoming and comfortable. Its proximity to Hawksburn shopping centre was very good as well as being opposite the Hawksburn Station as the trains were very regular

have said, the bed was superb. The bathroom was equally good, with
excellent light and plenty of space. The breakfast was also good,

Good restaurant with an even better bar area where they serve their in-house brewed beer. It was obviously very popular with the locals.
Convenient tram, 30 mins to city centre.
I had an early morning start on a Saturday, and was grateful breakfast was served from 6:30.

Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was also comfortable. Price ($154) was very reasonable. We arrived at Tullamarine from an overseas trip at 2.00 in the morning, but a short phone call was all we needed to organise a free shuttle bus ride to the hotel. -

I liked my whole stay at Mint, all of one night, not nearly long enough.
Wished I could have stayed much longer. The place is impeccable we were
in a 2 bedroom unit on the 7th floor, ensuit in master plus another full
bathroom.this apartment is fully modern with all new appliances. The car
park may be a bit steep at $20 per night but it is very secure and
clean, no rubbish in sight, and spotless, I'm not joking, you could
almost eat off the car park floor, it's that clean, polished and
shiny. I

The Cleaning Staff where very friendly. The rooms very clean and fresh.
Gentleman on duty very friendly and helpful when booking a wine tour.
Unfortunately we had to cancel after all his work as my mother became
