  Great customer service - I appreciated the phone call before I arrived and that I was asked if I wanted a room with a view. It was lovely to look out and see the lights of Sydney. Fabulous location right near ferry and I enjoyed the lovely Thai restaurant 100m down the road and the fabulous (very popular) cafe at the ferry wharf. Nice place to stay, comfortable, clean, and you get nice staff to help you with any matter. You can cook by yourself in their kitchen and also wash your clothes

  Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location and the underground parking was really convenient, as I was lucky to get a spot before they filled up. - great location in older Sydney. Room overlooked a leafy lane. Restaurants excellent. Try the local tap house. Value for money.

  The proximity to family living in Sydney, the breakfast included was great. Although we were in a busy city area, it was very quiet. Bed was comfortable.
