First impressions are always good ,I felt that as I entered reception, staff very helpful, dress code gave me a more relaxed casual impression which was good, rooms were just lovely,very modern,spacious & clean. pillows & mattress are always a priority, (couldn't have been better)I even checked the brand name, for further purchase.Would certainly stay again when next in the city

The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

Got upgraded to a junior suite gorgeous room. All the detail in the room makes a big difference between the five star hotels in the world and this room had a lot of detail, very comfortable bed, TV in the bath, ambient lighting that changed colour around the bed, very comprehensive room service menu, lovely selection of teas, sink next to the tea

loved the location, the self contained rooms were spotless and very spacious. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March. Highly recommend that its the best place to stay while in Sydney!!

The penthouse apartment we stayed in was really nice, everything was quite new and the staff were really friendly. The bluetooth speaker dock was a really nice touch and made our stay better with music. We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed.
