  Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! - Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around. Staff were very lovely and helpful.

  The very responsive nature of the staff. The purpose of our stay was my partner was having surgery at St Vincent's and we needed somewhere closeby - we'd stayed there before (2008 & 2009). The bed was a little hard but housekeeping changed the mattress!! We needed a late check out on day of departure and this was handled expeditiously. Love the new renovations. - We were impressed with the staff and also by giving directions to public transport and recommendations for restaurants and sight-seeing.   tout était très bien - Personnel à l'accueil disponible, efficace et sympathique. Chambre spacieuse, propre , calme et bien équipée. Bonne situation géographique. Consigne à bagages bien utile. Très bon rapport qualité/prix par rapport aux autres hôtels de la même gamme que nous connaissions à Sydney.

  Great location for sightseeing and near the Rocks. The room was very well appointed, laid out and comfortable (including the bed). A few friends stayed at the same hotel and all thought the same. Being on a high floor facing George St away from the noise below was good. Having a balcony to step out was also a good feature. Cooking facility is good as well, good stay...lots of places to eat for lunch, but most of them are closed after 5:00pm.
