  Everything about the Park Royal Darling Harbour was excellent. The location, the venue itself, but most of all the staff. My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and the assistance provided by all the staff we encountered was absolutely "second to none" even though it all unfolded during the middle of the night. For our purpose which was Entertainment Centre concerts ( Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and the Tedeschi Trucks Band at the Enmore theatre it was ideal. Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it. The Museums well I could go on but I will have to stop.

  We liked the fact that the staff permitted us to use the shower and store our belongings prior to check in. We had arrived in Sydney from Darwin at 6am and could not check in until 2pm that day so we really appreciated the shower to freshen up. The location is simply amazing: 5 minutes walk from Darling Harbour and the Star Casino! Our room was fairly big, hence the fact, I cannot understand people complaining on their reviews about the size of their room (maybe I was just lucky?!). The shared bathroom worked just fine, after all, nobody goes on a trip to stay closed in a bathroom do they?

  Lovely, budget priced small hotel conveniently located right in Darling Harbour and just a bus or ferry ride to Sydney Harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff and as a solo traveler I felt safe and very much at "home" here for the 3 nights I stayed. There is a kitchen available to use which was handy as well as a grocery store a few blocks away... ce que les gens disent » . There is no elevator which was not a problem for me but may be for others, however staff carried my bag up for me. Room and bed were clean and comfo - Location ,price , kitchen , fridge in room, Tele, i recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be 5 min walk from the center and darling harbor , who doesn't care where he sleaps at night as long there is a clean bed and a toilet and good price and anyone that visits sydney for a 2 to 3 day trip tops , the room was spotless clean and the staff where more than helpfull

  We arrived from our cruise ship early in the morning and the receptionist immediatly said she would contact houskeeping and see how long it would be before we could book in. We went down town for a couple of hours and when we got back the room was ready for us. They had stored our baggage safely for us while we were away. The bathrom was huge and if we had been stay - We loved how close the hotel was to everything - Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station, QVB. The hotel was well maintained, the rooms quite soundproof when the balcony doors are closed. Also loved that there was a balcony so that you were not confined to an air conditioned box - fresh air was able to be let in. Was also great that the accommmodation was an apartment so we could make our own meals if we wanted and also wash and dry clothes, which was a blessing as hwe got drenched by the rain on
