It was perfect for our trip. Shuttle service from & to airport was quick. Easy access to the #7 train to get in and out of nyc. Staff friendly, very helpful with questions. The noise from the train or the airport wasn't a bother. Breakfast was good. Really, no complaints. Everything was clean. Very pleased. Would stay there again. Front desk staff were all excellent. Interaction with 3 different staff members. Each one so friendly & so willing to help ! My suitcase had been lost by the airline & without the hotel staff's help it would have been so much more difficult for me to straighten everything out !.

It is also newly renovated and a decent size by NYC standards Great staff good pick up service from hotel I will definitely use this hotel in the future. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Even though the hotel is on the 7 subway line, the noise really wasn't that bad. They have insulated the hotel very well. I had no trouble sleeping. It was a very convenient location. I would stay here again. Close to subway and close to lga. Take the 7 local from gct to 111th st. You can take the express to 94 and then transfer if you don't want to be the 16th stop. Transfer to airport or from airport is free. The location is perfect for someone who have no car and need subway for transportation. The shuttle to airport is convenient. And food is good in flushing where is 2 subway stops from the hotel. The hotel is near subway station. The shuttle service to LaGuardia is awesome. The staff are friendly. The bathroom is very clean. Train 7 takes you straight to Time square. Interesting Latino neighborhood. i loved that it was in an excellent location. the purpose of the trip was to see a mets game on my dads birthday and it was literally down the street. it was perfect. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is about 1 1/2 blocks from the subway. If you were going to see a Mets game, that is the place to stay. Nice hotel and good location.Even if you hear train just use earplugs,though when you spend whole day in Mannhatten i'm not sure you'll be able to hear anything!!!. A similarly situated room for jfk costs about $50 less. Might be better to find a place near 74th and take the bus to lga. the wifi is not very good in our room, I was kicked off from internet quit often. A bit noisy when the subway is running. Breakfast served until 9 am only. i didnt really have anything that i didnt like. everything was perfect. The area in Queens was not as nice as I thought it would be. The surrounding area was run down. i dislike that i couldn't wake up for breakfast)))). The location is close to the train rail and you are disturb by the noise most likely if your room is by the front side. No refrigerator availability. There was a slight "moldy" smell in the room - noticeable upon entering the room... Cannot think of anything negative of the hotel. The single elevator is a bummer, but in no way a deal-breaker. The courtesy phone in the hall just outside my doorway rang several times throughout the night and woke me up. The subway trains cause the building to rumble, but it wasn't enough to keep me awake. They said it was one mile from LGA and it was a $17 taxi ride away. It took about 15 minutes to get there from the airport. The hotel is located right next to the subway line so if you are a light sleeper then this may be of significance. The building is reasonably well insulated though and it didn't disturb me. 1.entrance to parking is small, our van hardly got in.ou 2.close to the old train rail, really noisy if you sleep lightly. I was distracted by hall noise of other guests. Subway sounds. No answer available because we loved the experiance... loud noise of the overhead subway, not best area, no cover on the duvet,. Looks sketchy from the outside, but inside it's as nice as many Holiday Inns where i've stayed. I thought the overhead train would be disturd=bing, Ask for rear facing room. Elevator was out of service for a day and a half. Parking lot is tide , and the noise produced by the train. Other than they is perfect. don't judge by locaton. It was too close to the train track. Neighborhood is not the greatest. proximity to the train was noisy. Neighborhood not the best. Spa bath tub did not work. Nothing to report. The neighborhood is a bit rough. The airport shuttle left us waiting a long time. Noise of the subway. location in city, train noise, nyc, cab fare from JFK.
