  Great location. Beside subway station and just a 5min ride into Manhattan. So handy. Easy to find if travelling from jfk. Area was safe but not a lot to see around the hotel. There doesn't really need to be though, as Manhattan is just across the river. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Room was great, very comfy and clean. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, toast - The location may not be the most attractive one in NYC but it is very convenient - fast transportation to the hotel from the JFK airport by subway; only few minutes subway ride to Manhattan. The subway station is so close to the hotel, that when you got off the station you can actually see the hotel right from there. The vicinity of the hotel seems to be quite safe and it was rather quiet in the night. We had very good view on Empire State building and Queensboro bridge from the hotel room. The

The Hotel is in a quiet and safe area of Queens with some supermarkets and food nearby. It was totally worth the money paid for and had excellent and friendly staff as well as hotel room was beautiful and loved the Location <3 - For what I used the hotel for, it surpassed my expectations, the reviews I read are very harsh, this hotel is a place I plan on staying at again.   It was a great pleasure to find this brand new hotel. Every single detail was exquisite. The attention was excelent, very clean, great price, dozen of rooms options.....! Finally a lovely place like this, very close to the crowded Manhattan but in a quiet place with the subway in the same block of the hotel stret.   Excellent staff. Initially had a problem with shuttle taking almost 40 minutes. I had called the day before because I had read so many negatives about their shuttle. But once I arrived the staff was superb. Loved it. Was very friendly and hospitable. They totally nailed it. I will be back! REstaurant staff was tops.   It was perfect for our trip. Shuttle service from & to airport was quick. Easy access to the #7 train to get in and out of nyc. Staff friendly, very helpful with questions. The noise from the train or the airport wasn't a bother. Breakfast was good. Really, no complaints. Everything was clean. Very pleased.
