It was perfect for our trip. Shuttle service from & to airport was
quick. Easy access to the #7 train to get in and out of nyc. Staff
friendly, very helpful with questions. The noise from the train or the
airport wasn't a bother. Breakfast was good. Really, no complaints.
Everything was clean. Very pleased. Would stay there again. -

The staff was friendly and professional. The room (we had an executive
queen suite) was large, clean, tastefully decorated with a microwave and
mini fridge. It included a sleeper sofa with an additional flat screen
tv in the sitting area. There is even an alarm clock that is
iPhone/iPod compatible for charging or playing music from your own
device

First they let us check in 5 hours early. The staff were very
friendly,they made sure we were using a reliable car service. Also got
us an accurate map to get to the nearest subway stop via a bus route.
They brought us a space heater to heat the room up faster. This is our
second visit here are we will return on our next trip to New York City

The value for this location in a big city was outstanding. The convenient breakfast to start the day was appreciated very much. The ease of checkout was nice.
