The university students workig part time in the reception provided us with great help. One of the handsome boy there help me find the ticket office to book Chicargo tickets very clos the Long Island U. The location f LIU is very convenient. One metro station away from Canal the China Town, which is in Manhattan. The location is excellent! Right in the middle of brooklyn with all you need just close by. The facility is good, would definatly recommend it to any budget traveller and I would stay here again.

It was cheap. The rooms are safe and secured. They provided free sunday breakfast and lunch. The staff took use to a bar for happy hour. The tv rooms is nice. The location and the space. Everyone was friendly and helpful. After staying at a hotel for two weeks I was ready for some privacy and no maid service. It was great and value for money and I will want to sleep here again when I visit New York next month. Super convenient location, right next to the subway, lots of young people. The location and locality is very good. Near three Subway Stations. the location, the people and the freedom. Next to the subway staff really frendly. The price is unbeatable. The rooms were very spacious by hostel standards. No bunk beds! The location is the best possible without paying Manhattan prices. Interesting neighborhood, close to many metro stops and a good chance to explore downtown Brooklyn. Lots of international travelers to meet. Very secure. I liked the staff, they are very friendly. I liked the place around, it is full of services and everything. The security also is good. The staff are very helpful and friendly. the building next to the road is noisy at night with cars passing by. air con is noisy too, better not to use it. All through my stay,our room was not cleaned.Though the cleaners came everyday to empty the dustbines,cleaned the shared toilets and the passways , but the rooms were not included. toilets could have been a bit larger but that's just it. Bathrooms were not clean. I had to use bathroom in separate floors. There is no blanket in the dorm. No complain coz for 50$ ??? I had value for my money. There is no food arrangement at all. Toilets were is different floor. At 61 years of age, I found this as a limitation. when the bathroom on the 16th floor broke. a bit dirty. The bathrooms and showers (15th floors) were a little dingy. Not disgusting by any means but not the cleanest and kinda old. Bed was small and uncomfortable. AC in the room was too weak and very noisy. Common rooms and bathrooms were not air conditioned. No kitchen. Not all the facilities are working. The room service is not good enough. The place is not clean clean enough.
