We liked that we were right on the beach front close to everything but just far enough away from the noise. Hosts very friendly.Dont be put off by the fact that the car park is round the corner ( 5 mins walk)unless you have trouble with your legs. You can park the car outside to unload your cases.

Staff exceptionally friendly, called ahead before we arrived and we were allowed to check in early, which was a welcome relief. Rooms were exceptionally clean, airy and modern. Well designed and functional. Bathrooms were very clean. Hospitality tray was very well stocked. Breakfast was excellent and catered very well for all tastes and a two year old. Very pleasant stay here, the food is excellent, although the menu was set you could have it anyway you wanted so very helpful and the staff are all very friendly. Stayed 3 nights and although in a residential area it was quiet every night.
Good breakfast and extra's e.g. cereals, yoghurts, fruit and offered as much toast as we wanted.

The best thing about Philbeach Hotel was it felt like being at home. The deocr was not dated it was very modern without it being stuffy which is a big bonus when staying at a hotel, you want to feel comfortable and able to relax it did just that. The breakfast is made on request and was very nice, i had two young children with me and they were both accomodated for which is rare. Very satisfied cusomer.
