The hotel and staff were all outstanding. We were met by friendly front desk staff and shown to our rooms. The rooms are very well decorated and the beds are the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Given the hot temperatures during our visit, the A/C was an added bonus. The next morning lovely waitstaff served us a delicious breakfast. Overall,

The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard. The room was very comfortable with high quality tea and coffee.
The staff were fabulous. We were in the hotel due to attending a funeral and the staff were exceptionally kind to me and my husband.
In the restaurant the quality of food was excellent alongside the great service. We would stay at this hotel again.

Everything. I cannot fault the facilities, we had a very relaxing, comfortable, enjoyable stay. The location was great, we just needed some instruction from the owner on how to get there but it was very easy. A fantastic apartment with amazing facilities and well equipped. A great location with cafe's and restaurants in walking distance. Warren was fantastic and we were made to feel at home. A perfect place to relax with great links to the surrounding areas.
We had a great time and can't wait to return. Perfect!

Really friendly staff. Rooms clean comfy and well equipped. Supermarket and restaurant nearby made life when travelling with children easier. Good location for reasonably short car trips to Bath, Bradford on Avon lots of lovely Cotswold villages etc. even Stone Henge only about 30 mins away. -

The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Service in Carrie's Bar was very good too as was my meal. I had very prompt attention to "fix" the television in my room. - Very comfortable with nice public areas. Rooms big and warm with good bathrooms. Staff attentive and efficient. Couldn't fault it.

The staff were great and excellent customer service. Room was also nice, and both room and bathroom were really clean, we had a normal double room and it was big with good quality matching furniture.
Spa downstairs was nice to have but very basic , i have stayed at hotels with nicer ones but we enjoyed it never the less.
