  The hotel and staff were all outstanding. We were met by friendly front desk staff and shown to our rooms. The rooms are very well decorated and the beds are the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Given the hot temperatures during our visit, the A/C was an added bonus. The next morning lovely waitstaff served us a delicious breakfast. The room was very comfortable with high quality tea and coffee. The staff were fabulous. We were in the hotel due to attending a funeral and the staff were exceptionally kind to me and my husband. In the restaurant the quality of food was excellent alongside the great service. We would stay at this hotel again.

  Spa was lovely and treatments were very good The shower in the room was the best I have ever been in. Nice breakfast. Very nice spacious rooms. - I loved the fact that there were cherries and prosecco waiting for us as it was our wedding night! The staff were very friendly!

We needed a very early breakfast to enable us to go ballooning and 3 minutes beyond our arranged time for service received a call to enquire if we were ready for breakfast.   The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Service in Carrie's Bar was very good too as was my meal. I had very prompt attention to "fix" the television in my room. - Very comfortable with nice public areas. Rooms big and warm with good bathrooms. Staff attentive and efficient. Couldn't fault it.

  The staff were great and excellent customer service. Room was also nice, and both room and bathroom were really clean, we had a normal double room and it was big with good quality matching furniture. Spa downstairs was nice to have but very basic , i have stayed at hotels with nicer ones but we enjoyed it never the less. Breakfast was nice, quit... mitä ihmiset sanovat » e a lot of choice and the resturant had a nice relaxed atmosphere. - Very friendly and professional staff, were polite and forthcoming with information to make our stay more enjoyable. Payment was quick and efficient and more importantly correct. Quiet location, great facilities. Good value meal for a saturday night.
