Very clean room, requested a quiet room and was given a very quiet room overlooking the car park. Check-in and out was very easy. Good value for money for a weekend stay. As I only slept there and didn't have any meals it is not appropriate for me to comment on any other aspect.

The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. the executive suite was spacious and clean and good value for money
the breakfast was lovely enough variety and very quick service
the location was easy to get to and was far enough from the centre and traffic so it wasn't noisy but close enough that it was cheap in taxi to the centre
didn't eat in the actual restaurant but looked very nice and drink prices from the bar were reasonable
loved that they let us extend our room for 2hrs for £1

I am not usually a fan of Holiday Inn's, but this one is exceptional. The location is very good, near the boat museum which is well worth a visit and also the boat trip excursion. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had a nice relaxing feeling about it. The three course evening meal deal was good value for money. There is also the use of a gym and sauna.

My husband and I do not have any complaints about this hotel. Staff are very friendly/helpful, cleanliness is excellent, peaceful atmosphere and the breakfast was first class. We would certainly stay at the Holiday Inn in the future and recommend it to anyone. -

The rooms were very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful. There was also an enthusiasm for the place that was refreshing.
