The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Chester. The room was modern and clean and the staff were polite and helpful. Reception staff are welcoming and efficient. This time, even a small mix up with double booking sorted out perfectly.

Rooms were lovely, spacious and really comfortable and had hot drink
making facilities. We were there for a wedding and the setting is
beautiful. Even in this horrible cold, snowy weather the gardens
were really well kept. After the bar closed we were allowed to sit
in the lounge area and talk so bar staff also great! I'd love to

Very clean room, requested a quiet room and was given a very quiet room overlooking the car park. Check-in and out was very easy. Good value for money for a weekend stay. As I only slept there and didn't have any meals it is not appropriate for me to comment on any other aspect.

When we were departing from the car park we couldn't get out due to an illegally parked car and the hotel staff went out of their way to successfully rectify the problem. We had a wonderful night at Alderley Edge Hotel. We stayed in the Henbury room. It was spotlessly clean, a good size, quiet and beautifully furnished. We requested a cot for our daughter and the cot provided was clean and the bedding like new. The breakfast was delicious too. We would definitely recommend this hotel. -
