  This was without a doubt, one of the most enjoyable UK stays I have ever had. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Though rooms were small, they were well appointed, efficiently arranged and meticulously kept. The staff was stellar, the restaurant exceptional and the location as perfect as could be.   Loved the apt in general and its close proximity to everything ofimportance in regards to sightseeing and restaurants. Also, they werevery accomodating. Check out was at 1100 but our train didn't departuntil 1700 so we wanted to leave our luggage somewhere and continuetouring the city. It was very spacious - ideal for children. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Edinburgh. The staff went out of their way to assist us and were so helpful. I would thoroughly recommend St Giles Apartments and it is much better value than a hotel if you are travelling with children.

  The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. Soft leather chairs and twinkly lights. The room was excellent with quality fittings and nights sleep.
