Ilmainen langaton internetyhteys on käytettävissä.

The studio room is perfect, facilities are excellent; didn't expect that there would be cooking pans and cutlery in it; location is great.
Convenient for the Festival Fringe venues especially. Lots of varied eating-places nearby and close to several city bus routes.
Spacious accommodation. Close to sightseeing
Lift
Good bathroom, laundry facilities.
Small dairy shop next door.
Friendly member of staff on duty. Studio was excellent value for money and I would happliy stay there again.
The location was excellent to get to all the fringe venues. Clean & tidy no frills accomodation.
The apartment was very well appointed & in a fabulous location.
The central location - perfect for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Staff.
Room was fab. Very clean and worth the price paid.
Spacious comfortable well-equipped facilities.
The facilities were really good and useful.
Very clean, spacious in a handy spot. It was a nice location and room was also big and clean.
The location, near to Edinburgh city Centre. Arrangements for
registering/accessing the building when arriving after 10pm. Relaxed
attitude of the staff to when the room had to be vacated.
When I complained about the heat I was offered another room, one floor down and at the rear of the building. It was better but still incredibly uncomfortable.
Good location for the comedy venues.
Location, size of the kitchen, kitchen equipment, room size, bathroom, kind&helpful front office staff.
would have liked just a little more information as we could not turn the hob light off( it was on when we arrived) it had a hidden switch. we found this out as we left the cleaning staff mentioned it was difficult to find.
Room was to hot even with windows open, so did not sleep to great. This was our only complaint.
During a rare heat spell in Scotland, the unit was warm but the fan
helped a lot.
The sheet in my room is not that clean and soft, got acne on my back the next days...:(.
Can be quite warm & stuffy in summer with an odd smell of drains in the lobby.
The beds are not comfortable and creak dreadfully with any movement.
Everything was good.
Arriving on train, I struggled at first to find the accommodation but now I know my way, I'll happily return!.
After initial welcome sachets of coffee etc these were never replenished.
We were on Floor 4. The room was very hot. The windows did not open enough to let much fresh air in. There was a boiler in the corner which made the room very noisy at night.
Small bed
No plug socket next to mirror.
Lack of parking facilities.
My room was near a place which had Edinburgh Festival concerts, so it was really noise at night!!!.
Pricey.
The 4th floor room and outside cooridor were very hot and stuffy, no
a/c and only a small, ineffectual electric fan supplied. Sleep was
difficult- opening the windows at night lead to noise pollution (People
and traffic amplified by early morning maintenance work on the Uni
campus opposite. Toilet/shower pod airless and clammy whilst design
of shower unit with inward turning door made it a challenge to use. No
onsite car parking - ncp nearby £16 per 24 hours. No wifi.
There was no air-conditioning and I was in a room on the top floor. It was difficult even being in the room it was that hot. Sleeping was a nightmare. I was not advised of the problem before I checked in and when I asked to check-out was advised there would be no refund because I paid as I moved-in. I felt deceived - £115 per night! The accommodation ruined my holiday - incredibly disappointing.
The bed's mattress was impossible to sleep on, and it took 2 nights for this to be changed. While realising this is student residence, we were paying roughly £150 per night, thus you would expect a far better service.
Stuffy rooms&corridors, bad smell in the lounge/reception area and in the elevator, room not cleaned properly on check-in, no hoovering done under the bed&sofa for months, tons of feather under the bed, bed definitely NOT big enough for two, horrible matrasses, feather (from pillows??) found everywhere incl. the washing machine, bed sheet with a huge yellow stain.
