We had an overnight stay in order to catch an early morning flight next day, It was convenient to the airport, very clean and comfortable. We did not have much contact with the staff, but when we did, they were helpful and polite.. - What an absolute pleasure. There were no problems whatsoever and the use of the sports facilities were very welcome.

Lovely old-fashioned manor house, very large rooms (particularlybathroom!), very helpful staff and excellent restaurant. Very wellsituated for overnight stay going to East Midlands airport. - the hotel has a lot of history this is reflected in some of the decor.Our room was very comfy (and very big) we loved it and will be staying there again.

I generally remain loyal to the budgets hotel of the world and so this was a unusual choice from a business point of view. The combination of seperate ensuite rooms with additional home comforts of fully fitted kitchen, plus well stocked fridge and cupboards was a real bonus. The use of honesty bar was an excellent feature. We received a very warm welcome with all our needs, (even to informing the Indian resturant we coming), catered for. Efficient and friendly service.

The guy in charge was incredibly helpful and friendly. He couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy and having a good stay. The garden was brilliant, and he even allowed us to use his BBQ. A very warm and friendly environment, will definitely stay again. -

Room Decor, pleasant layout and facilities, especially the complimentary toiletry pack. The sound proofing was excellent: considering there was a busy taxi rank right outside, we could not hear a thing. - Everything about our stay was spot on. Room was spacious, bed was really comfortable and cleanliness excellent. Food was also superb.

We (family of husband, wife and two young kids) really enjoyed our stay at Luxe Self Catering Apartments. All the amenities were close by (some within walking distance and some a few minutes drive away). It was an ideal location and a great base for Alton Towers. We will most certainly visit them again and certainly recommend them to all our friends and family. The staff went above and beyond their duty to make sure our stay was comfortable.
