The owner of the apartment building greeted us on arrival and showed us our apartment for our 1 week stay. The apartment was well furnished with modern appliances. The garage was inside the building and secure. The kitchen had a small hamper of useful food and drink (coffee, Tea and serials). The apartment was close to the center of the town of Derby with restaurants, pubs and shopping within 5 minutes walking distance. All in all it exceeded our expectations, we have no hesitation in recommend.
kaikki arvostelut » We (family of husband, wife and two young kids) really enjoyed our stay at Luxe Self Catering Apartments. All the amenities were close by (some within walking distance and some a few minutes drive away). It was an ideal location and a great base for Alton Towers. We will most certainly visit them again and certainly recommend them to all our friends and family. The staff went above and beyond their duty to make sure our stay was comfortable. Spacious luxury apartment, Fully equipped well maintained kitchen, Very clean toilets, Free Wi-Fi with strong signal quality, Free secure indoor car park, Excellent customer service, Very polite and efficient staff, Grocery shops within a few minutes drive away. Apartment No 12 was well-designed and furnished, and equipped to a high standard. It felt spacious, modern and impressive. The free parking was a definite bonus. Exceptional value for money. We had a great appartment in an ideal location with just a short walk to the City. All staff including cleaners were very friendly. All this at a reasonable price. Have recommended to friends. Our welcome by Valerie was outstanding, we were upgraded, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the apartment had everything we needed - the attention to detail was impressive. The service was excellent and the apartment was stunning, so much more than I expected with all the little finishing touches that make the difference between good & great. It was lovely to have all the space of the apartment. We had everything we needed + more. Derby itself was much nicer and had more to do than we had thought. High quality apartment containing everything needed. Secure gated car park beneath the building with gate operated by remote control. Good value for money. Big modern apartment which was very central to the city centre. Parking was free and secure and kitchen was ver well equipped. How anyone can right a bad revue of this hotel is beyond me always found the apartments spotless and the staff second to none. The apartment was spotless and the welcome pack very useful. We will definitely stay again next time we come to Derby. Hostess was very friendly and attended to all my needs. Apartment was ace and very child friendly. Good location. A warm welcome once I gained access. After that the freedom to cope with the family needs in luxury apartment. outstanding spotless facilities with the most friendliest of staff. Would highly recommend. Valerie the owner was amazing- she accommodated us in everyway :). The style and design, excellent customer services from the staff. Everything was to very high standards and staff very help full. Quite clean fabiolus excellent location. Staf were v good. The whole apartment and service was excellent. Staff and accomodation excellent. Liked it all. It is quite clean and modernization in our room, even an in-situ WC in one bedroom. The kitchen has all equipment people need. And they even offer orange juice , milk and biscuits for free. Could not fault the apartment or the staff. Liked everything about the apartments!. None. Finding the place was a bit tricky and the car parking is cramped, but those are very minor issues. Car parking was the only issue. We did not have a vehicle but friends had problem parking during normal working hours. The double beds were small and I couldn't seem to be able to turn off the aircon. Also could have done with some hand soap. Absolutely nothing, can't wait till I have an excuse to stay there again!. no complaints. Nothing!. Liked it all. Nothing. Arriving late I did not realise that the front door was open and I had been buzzing on the office buzzer for several minutes, thinking to myself how am I going to make contact and several tired children in the car. The bed could be more comfortable. The beds where of small size, compared to the high standards of the apartment. Every thing nothing to dislike. However another room is totally not clean. There are full of rubbish on the beds and pillows. It ruined my friends night.
