I stayed in the 'Garden Room', which was more like a huge suite a sofa, small 'walk-in closet' and big double bed. It also had a lovely view. My stay was perfect, the owners were lovely and the breakfast was great. The whole house is lovely decorated with lots of attention to detail. I enjoyed the unexpected luxury during my business trip. -

The owner is very friendly, we were going to be late for a wedding at a venue nearby so the owner gave us a lift. You don't get that personal touch from a hotel. Breakfast was very nice and the b&b has the best views across the Tay! Free parking and bus stop into town right outside. Was very easy to find. Very nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

Kirsty, the young receptionist on duty on June 8th, made us feel very
welcome, she also changed our room to a far more suitable location, near
the front door with no fuss at all. She also remembered that our purpose
for staying there was to visit Glamis Castle and on arrival she
immediately handed us a map and relevant info with our name on it. This
little gesture was most appreciated because it showed she valued
personalizing 'Premier Inn's' service.

My first impression before meeting the owners was "gorgeous grounds and magnificent, historic home". Once I met the Clarks, it kept getting better. They could not have been more welcoming. The ambience, location and surrounding landscape were very good. The room was generous in size, clean and well furnished, albeit, the upholstery was threadbare. The b/fast and lunch were of a very high standard as was the service by staff. The weather did help. Should like to return for a slightly longer stay.. Our son and his joined us to celebrate my wife's birthday and they seem to have enjoyed their stay.
