  Wonderful place to stay. Great spa facilities. A spectacular location right on the lake with a private beach. The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel staff genuinely nice.   We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They were vivacious, but at the same time very professional. The tour desk staff were also the same, pointing us in the right direction. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.

  Location and ambience of hotel is wonderful. For the location this hotel is a great value. Staff at hotel was very friendly and helpful breakfast was good - The hotel in general, staff and position of hotel. Hve stayed here 5times in the past 4 months. Would not think of staying in any otherhotel in the area.

  This Hotel is fantastic ! The staff is incredibly friendly and responded to any request I had. Karan is the BEST you will find him super helpful and welcoming. The workout facilities are super, the fitness room appeared to have all new equipment and was VERY clean and well run. The pool, sauna, steam, etc. are first class. Comfortable room, good breakfast, very nice spa area, really nice to relax if you go for a round tour on Sempachersee or for a city a trip. Also close to train station and practical if you want to go for a tour in Luzern. We will definitely go back!
