  The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

What I thought was just a welcome gesture, they always parked my car, and take it outside the parking every time I needed it or when I arrived to the hotel!
