Wow - what a wonderful place to rest, relax and explore the “Ruta de los Pueblos Blancos”. The interior decoration of the Cortijo El Guarda is just fantastic, every detail is perfect. Miranda and Hans are wonderful hosts. You really feel like you are staying in their home, not just their hotel. Absolutely a top hotel. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Its a place with a personal touch situated in a stunning setting. If you are looking for some rest but like to be near the top attractions of the Granada region, this is the place. Its not the typical 4 or 5 star hotel with all the fascilities, but what it offers is certainly 5 star quality.

This is a perfect spot - peaceful, relaxing, comfortable, welcoming and superb locally sourced food. It is a small hotel which is great if you like to get away from it all. Only 15 mins from Granada too if husstle and busstle is required. I loved it and can't wait to return.
