Literally 2 minutes on foot from Puerta del Sol ( the very center of town) with a night shop next door and plenty of shops, restaurant and eateries 2. We didn't have a good experience at the nearby Museo del Jamon, but that was just our bad choice for breakfast.

  The studio apartment was very good and over-looking the main tourist area. Yet it was not noisy as the air-conditioning and sound-proofing was good. The first day the studio was a hole-in the wall.
