It was very big with a sitting area and a small kitchen. It was also very clean. The picture of the room on the web site did not do it any justice because I think that it is much nicer.   Back from a 3 night stay. Lovely Hoel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our room was on 2nd floor but were told on checking in that they would move us to a higher floor the next day if we found the room noisy. We were overlooking the Gran Via but we didn't need to move. Room was large and cleaned with fresh towels daily. Also a fully stocked fridge with very reasonable prices. - The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the room was very quiet. We loved the kitchenette which was ideal if we chose to cook & eat in. The location on Gran Via was excellent i.e. close to shops, tourist attractions and Metro which was easy to & from airport. I enjoyed every day in this hotel & would use this hotel on another visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.

  Hotel is very well located, a few steps from Porta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, has very friendly staff and has a very cool decoration in the room and a cool design.   The hotel is located in the center of the city only a short two blocks from the Sol Metro station. We could walk to the major areas of interest and the Atocha train station (cab with luggage). There are dozens of tapas bars near the hotel. Finding "sit down" dinner restaurants was tougher but when we did the food was excellent.
