  Very friendly and helpful staff. Relatively cheap. Great location if you want to visit the center of Madrit on foot( especially Museum Prado, Museum Thyssen). Quiet. Ideal for undemanding. - The location was fantastic and our hostess was extremely welcoming and very helpful.   Location was perfect. 5 minutes walk from the Grand Via Metro. Reception 24hrs. Maria (the host) was very friendly and helpful. I felt like being at home rather then a privat mini hotel (especially after four days). The rooms were cleaned every day which includes fresh towels (to my very own surpise). It is strong and reliable . My room (220) was nice, spacious and quiet. Very clean and lots of fresh white towels. There's a coffee and refreshments machine in the lobby. The area were the hostel is located is terrific. My compliments to the sweet staff.
