  The people who work there are very kind special sympaty to Soledad. They permited to us left our luggage before check in and after check out. They have already a toilet for the guests.   location is brilliant. so easy to explore the city. everything within walking distance, even metro station. room was good + good value for money. loved the cultural vibe of Madrid. this was our first day in Europe/Spain & started off terribly, but both Raul & Reuben were absolutely amazing! they could speak english and sorted out our probl... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ems with shuttle service who had ridden off with some of our bags. they helped us retrieve our lost luggage at airport. For people willing to go to Madrid I would kindly suggest to have a very pleasant stay at hostal America.

  We are a family with 2 small kids. We got the appartment A on the first floor. The appartment had everything we needed, and for the price we paid it was perfect. Also the location is very good, very central.   I liked how the room that I got was exactly what was shown in the pictures on the web site. I also liked that the staff speak good English and that they are very helpful. Also, it is centrally-located and just a few minutes' walk from Callao Metro station. And also need to mention, the design and decoration of the room, surprised and considerate and sweet! With the price and location, I do think this Hostal deserves highly recommended.

  1. LOCATION is excellent, very close to Metro station (Gran Via) & many city landmarks (Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, can be reached by walk). The single room with shower is really nice and cosy, with air condition, sink, good mirrow, a kettle to boil water for tea etc. Also the bed was comfortable. It was my second time I stayed here and I was perfectly happy with everything.
