The people who work there are very kind special sympaty to Soledad. They permited to us left our luggage before check in and after check out. They have already a toilet for the guests. The new rooms are very well decorated. The location is great. Very nice prices. Nice TV and great air conditioner. -

Up to the moment I entered the hostal I didn't have great
expectations. Once inside the room I felt very spanish and ready to
conquer the world. Extremely cosy, warm, very clean and friendly, well
located, close to Gran Via and therefore close to everything in Madrid
the hostal offered us the best opportunity in Madrid for feeling
excellent. For people willing to go to Madrid I would kindly suggest to
have a very pleasant stay at hostal America.

Great location near Gran Via metro station on the nice shopping street. Elevator to 4th floor. Rooms have windows for inner court, so it's quiet to sleep. You will have own keys for the building and for your room, so it's safe. The single room with shower is really nice and cosy, with air condition, sink, good mirrow, a kettle to boil water for tea etc. Also the bed was comfortable. It was my second time I stayed here and I was perfectly happy with everything.

I should say this is a perfect Hostal! Location is perfect, 5 minutes to
Sol station or Gran Via! Staff are sooo nice and helpful, giving me a
lot of advice and help me resolve the problem of travel adapter! And
also need to mention, the design and decoration of the room, surprised
and considerate and sweet! With the price and location, I do think this
Hostal deserves highly recommended.

Centrally located and very quiet. Great to recover from jet lag after a long trip from Australia. Located a short walk from the metro station, so caught metro from airport. Could walk to all major sights from there. Nice and clean place. Excellent value for the centre of a large city. -

We are a family with 2 small kids. We got the appartment A on the first floor. The appartment had everything we needed, and for the price we paid it was perfect. Also the location is very good, very central. You can authorise the company that administers the Appartments to get the money from your credit card, this way you don´t need to go to their

The location is perfect, very close to city center. Apartments was clean and contain all that you may meet e.g. shampoo toilet paper etc. Service was very good, when you arrive you just calling contact person and pick up keys from mail box, after check out money will be charged from you credit card an that's it.
