The receptionist Yousaf impresses with his warm, caring & friendly attitude. The hostel is placed nicely in between the city center & Al-hamra palace. Walking around & through the jungle is a fun. The people are nice. They allowed me extra 3 hours for check out.
The room was clean. -

We enjoyed our stay very much. A beautiful vista of the Alhambra from the roof-top terrace (don't expect to have a good view from your window). We could also recommend the restaurant run by the family at 10 minutes walking distance.

Really well located for what we needed, you can't park nearby but for us it was not an issue. Everything you might need to self cater was there. Great place for a comfortable inexpensive stay. -

Having had some dodgy hotels in Granada before, this was sooo good. The staff could not have been friendlier nor more helpful, carrying our luggage upstairs. Official check-in time is 15:30 but they called us on the day to ask whether we would like to arrive earlier, which we did. Spotlessly clean. Ideally placed, a short walk from the Alhambra and close to the Plaza Nueva. We walked there from the bus stop outside the Cathedral in 10 minutes. Wish I had found this before.

I loved Fabia, she was so easy to work with and was very flexible and accommodating. I also liked the bedding. You could tell that they took care to put good bedding on the beds and it made it feel very home-y. The towels were also top quality. You can tell that the family that runs this apartment cares about their customers and pays attention to details.
