The best part was the fact that this hotel & the Paramor next door are the only hotels within the walls of the Alhambra... Quite unique! Just go next door to eat & drink as there is nowhere else to go when the sun finally does go do - Perfect location for those visiting the Alhambra and willing to see the neighbooring Albayzín and Sacromonte. I could be at the Nazarín Palaces in less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, willing to accomodate my needs. Beautiful building, a wonderful terrace as a summer restaurant, very pleasant even at the peak heat of the day.

We checked out early the next morning because we went to see the Alhambra and they stored our bags for us all day as we weren't leaving until late that night. They are located in the old city, you can not drive up to it, it's about 500 m from Plaza Villa Nueva where cabs can drop you off. There is motorcycle parking in the plaza for biker types like me.

Wonderfully located in the historic area of Granada. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace of the Alhambra. Great place to sit and relax.
