  We had a great reception by Patricia. Was shown the apartment and the facilities and then given information and maps of what to do locally. The recommendations of where to eat were great. Wonderfully located in the historic area of Granada. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace of the Alhambra. Great place to sit and relax. A beautiful vista of the Alhambra from the roof-top terrace (don't expect to have a good view from your window).   Loved everything! The staff was excellent! Helpful, fully bi-and tri-lingual if not more and the directions they provided to the parking garage were exact and easy. That is huge when trying to find your way around Granada. I can't say enough about how nice the hotel and staff was. Clean and nice rooms in an excellent location! In the restaurant we got very tasty food, and the woman working there has been super nice and she speaks English.
