  The hotel was perfect! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel is brilliantly located to explore Granada, is in excellent condition and very clean and up-to-date, and as it didn't have an evening restaurant (it does do breakfast) there is no pressure to eat in the hotel. We were upgraded to asuite which was very spacious so we really appreciated it after such along drive. It was a bit difficult to find this hotel as it is tuckedaway, but well worth it. We went in the off season - Dec 2013 so had substantial discounts. We'll go back again at this time of year. The staff also made sure we got to the Alhambra on time - the palace has strict entry times. We would have missed it without the front-desk staff organising the visit for us.
