  I liked the way that the hotel staff treating the guests...they were very polite and helpful. I really appreciate...The room was very clean and organized. The bathroom was very good. It was a guiet room and I slept so good. The bed was very comfortable also...The location of the hotel was excellent...you might enjoy walking to the Alhambra pala... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ce if you like to explore cities by walking. It is also close to the shopping center... - The staff was the most helpful and nice people we met in Spain. They had a little issue with their Internet, but he got us access codes from the hotel across the street. He gave us all sorts of information and advise. The hotel is also wonderful! Excellent location, very nice "Granadine" decoration, and jacuzzi!!! (We got upgraded to a suite at no extra cost, just because!!!)

  Staff all spoke excellent English and are exceptionally helpful. 2 days before arrival, we received an email with exact instructions how to get to the hotel. Fantastic location for all Granada attractions. Very tasteful, modern decor. Comfy beds, cotton bed linen, spacious room for city hotel, aircon + heating. Free wifi always worked. Alhambra Palace 25 m - The location of this hotel is perfect. We could walk to the Alhambra and everything else easily. There is a little cafe, Manuel's connected to the restaurant where a delicious little breakfast can be had for a few euros. Unlike other hotel breakfast buffets which tend toward tired meat, cheese and fruit platters with tang and machine made coffee, this restaurant served fresh squeezed oj, great cafe con leche and delicious croissants.   Excellent hotel in a great central position allowing you to explore the old city, Cathederal, Alhambra palace etc. Also very close to excellent restaurants and shops.   The staff at the Portago Urban we're very friendly and accommodating to our needs during the stay. A requested room change was done with no drama and they assisted with some business issues I was having at the time. I really cannot thank them enough. You are in a nice part of Granada not too busy but near a bus stop that takes you straight to the Alhambra. - We liked the design of the hotel. Very friendly at reception, day and nice. We enjoyed the very nice roof terrace. Very quiet although in the old part of town. And for us of great importance the very high quality of beds and the viscoelastical pillows. Difficult to find.
