She loved every minute including your delightful hotel pool. (we were too tired to get into the hot pools)
The food in the restaurant was perfectly cooked. The breakfast was lovely with ample choice. All in all a marvellous experience

The Club Lounge breakfast was fantastic. The drinks and nibbles in the lounge in the evening were brilliant and a great way to unwind. The host of the Club Lounge is very friendly, offers some fantastic advice for travel in the region and looks after his guests very well. I was very impressed with him.

The service was sensational. The staff were helpful, accommodating,
efficient and went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable
stay. My sister in law is disabled and they really made sure that she
had everything she needed and was comfortable in her room all with a

I like everything about this hotel , location is good easy to find ,modern design .I've book a standard room for our staying , check in time was 2pm , we arrived at 3pm but our room wasn't ready yet and staff asked us to wait at thr lobby until the room get ready , 5 minutes later a another staff member came to us with a key to our room which he first apologise from us and he said they have upgrade the room to a super deluxe room at same price as standard , we love it and have many thanks to th

Soups: spinach was just excellent; chowder was heavenly. probably the best soups we've had. three-appetizer option was just delicious. We tipped each chef $10 after the meal because they deserved at least that. Table service was also very good.

Entir - We did a lovers delight package for our anniversary which was great. Room was very clean and well appointed. Loved the restaurant-food to die for. Couples massage was very relaxing with great service from the girls. Staff were very good especially Praveen and Emma . Definitely will return

Beautifully decorated and furnished house in a lovely location - views looking out towards the lake and over their super gardens. Our room was just lovely, with lots of little thoughtful touches. Everything! The room was huge and the facilities clean and luxurious. The beds are the most comfortable we've ever slept on. The swimming pool on the roof was a real bonus, especially with young children. They loved it. The breakfasts were excellent and good value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay there again next time we visit Rotorua.

We had a great holiday...just perfect. We loved the pool, hot pools and patio spa bath. The trout stream and playground were also great for our wee boy. Location was handy for attractions on the outskirts (we could walk to luge and rainbow springs), although this meant a short drive into town. The apartment was fresh and clean. -

Loved the deal we got, a studio plus a standard. Loved that the pool was
heated, had mini golf tennis and spa's even though the spa's
were closed had lots of options for all ages. Very very clean rooms. We
also had the option of having another teenager stay for minimum cost.
Excellent place to stay.
