Really enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom cottage which was perfect for my teenage kids as they didn't have to share a room. We had the use of the private spa and private BBQ patio area connected the cottage which was fantastic.
I would highly recommend to families wanting the comforts of home while away. -

Was surprised that they had a guess at my name on check in and got it
right. I thought that was great. Took the time out to direct me to my
room as well as showing me where to park as I had a longer vehicle that
would interfere with vehicle access. The room was warm on arrival and
the the spa pool was ready on arrival...and warm. I liked the way that
when you open the ranch slider, the curtains opened and closed with the
door. Breakfast was just right and to me the price didn't worry me.

This was one of the best places we stayed at during our visit to New Zealand. The directors, Colin & Lisa, were very friendly and asked about our plans and made suggestions what we might want to do. The room was quiet, clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed and a great entertainment system. You can get cheaper accommodation but the Quest Rotorua Hotel is very good value for the price.

The managers, Ross and Annie, are very helpful and friendly. They create a wonderful atmosphere.
They have a big jacuzzi bathtub that was fabulous after a long day of Black Water Rafting. They have a library of DVD's that they loan out on the honor system. They also have tennis courts and a small miniature golf for the kids. We loved our stay!

Everything about the hotel. We were two adults & three kids. Kids had a separate sleeping space upstairs and they loved it. The hot tub outside (jacuzzi) was amazing. Staff was very friendly & helping. Location of the hotel was also very convenient. I would highly recommend this place with family with kids. I was able to park my car right outside the room which is a blessing with kids & luggage.

This was our first visit and found top class service of a five star + large hotel standard but with the personal touch , very friendly, helpful staff. The whole hotel was clean and tidy and maintained to a very high standard, we felt personally taken care of as opposed to "just another guest". Excellent food and waiter service. Would certainly stay again and is highly recommended.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with good facilities in the small kitchenette. Bathroom was large with a huge spa bath that was a joy to soak in. Allan and Shirley were wonderful hosts - very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very tasty and delivered to the door with a smile every morning. Easily our most enjoyable stay in 2 weeks around New Zealand. Would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend this accommodation to anybody.
