  The owners were really friendly! They helped us to find everything near the motel and the city. Very near the Victoria Street, where you can find restaurants and pubs.   The staff were very helpful, even going beyond the call of duty on helping me sort my internet out on my laptop, extra wi-fi top ups for my sisters, extra coffee/tea/sugar and also extra towels. The location was very handy for us to and from the venue, supermarket down the road and also very close to the city centre.   Staff were great to deal with, after having made my booking, at a Special Rate, our plans changed slightly and we added another person for one of the two nights we stayed, this was no problem, and they didn't charge for the extra person, which we were most impressed with. The value for dollars was fantastic, no outrageous fees. The actual property was "pretty" and a "delight" to the eye. If the rates stay reasonable I will definitely stay there again when I travel there at Xmas.
