Being allocated a convenient disabled unit was much appreciated as was the fine bottle of wine presented to us by the very helpful managers/hosts to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. The host both were very friendly and were very helpful within the lodge & also on providing us with information about the surrounding area. The room was very clean when we arrived, as myself and partner were very jet lagged from our trip, we denied room service in the morning when they entered, because of this the host came later on to our room to ensure we had all we needed including towels etc. overall a great stay and would definetley recommend it.

  We enjoyed our stay in Hamilton @ the Atrium. We felt the rooms were well appointed, comfortable and clean. We do however wish we would have had the opportunity to have a/c in the room as we found them to be quiet warm when we visited in Feb.   The staff were very helpful, even going beyond the call of duty on helping me sort my internet out on my laptop, extra wi-fi top ups for my sisters, extra coffee/tea/sugar and also extra towels. The location was very handy for us to and from the venue, supermarket down the road and also very close to the city centre.   Staff were great to deal with, after having made my booking, at a Special Rate, our plans changed slightly and we added another person for one of the two nights we stayed, this was no problem, and they didn't charge for the extra person, which we were most impressed with. The value for dollars was fantastic, no outrageous fees. The actual property was "pretty" and a "delight" to the eye.
