New modern rooms. Well appointed kitchen, bathroom and brdrooms. Living area and bedroom each have good sized flat screen TV with dozens and dozens of channels via Sky. Free WiFi works well. Private courtyard for each room. Faultless. New owners are nice and go out of their way to please. Would thoroughly recommend the property. Outstanding!!!! The room was clean and spacious. David Walter is the best. He made our stay in New Zealand the best we could ask for out of any of the hotels. Laundry services, much appreciated. His helpful/friendly services was beyond our expectations. Thank You David!.
kaikki arvostelut » Really friendly, helpful staff made us feel comfortable right from the start. The room was well-presented and extremely comfortable as well, and the spa-bath was simply heavenly! We really loved our stay and will go back again. We had a faulty toaster in our room which when plugged in blew the fuses. When we got home in evening the lovely young man managing gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for the inconvenience. David is a very friendly host who ensures his guests a very comfortable stay. The room (10) was very clean, modern, comfortable and complete. The 1100 hrs checkout was a bonus. Efficientie of the staff. Exellent service. Very helpfull. Very clean.although accomodation was dated it was complete. No request was to much.laundry service exellent. The host was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and as described on the website prior to booking. Good suggestions for meals, cafes etc. Very friendly welcome from Hogan who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Awesome spa! Very quiet unit and so close to everything!. Loved the spa & extra room & also your ability to allow us to have a late check out at such short notice, really appreciated it. Plenty of space and comfortable to relax in after long day or travel. Rooms away from busy main road are the preferred location. Felt comfortable while staying at ballinore, staff was very attentetive with an awsome attitude. Would definitely stay again. Staff was absolutely wonderful, very accomodating and friendly. The king room was small but rather would be just right/enough for a Single or Couple. Would stay again despite the few concerns as quiet area and easy to get in and out to sights/shopping. Nothing. Not to much confort outside apartment, for exemple to smoke Cigar. Not a big problem but the only bad thing i could say would be the bed was a bit too soft for me with the extra padded layer on top of the mattress. Signage hard to find on a very busy road with dozens of other motels. Hassle with phone connection, then paying $1.20 for 1 local call from room was excessive. Nothing that comes to mind. Enjoyed our stay. Could get a little more milk. Nothing. The wi-fi connection was very spotty and could've been better. No pool No kids amusements Parking rather tight. nothing. Parking spots were very small not the best and when we were checking in to drop off our things the owner was a bit put out and his tone/manner was abrasive. Screaming kids not only running around the parking lot near cars but that's also parents and manager watch cctv who should have dealt with it.
